



Curcumin's alleged health benefits are primarily derived from its Total Curcuminoid content. Choosing Curcumin Supplements with higher Total Curcuminoid content may be more effective. Products that contain Curcuminoids along with Piperine (minimum 1:100 ratio) may be more bioavailable. There are no RDA (Recommended Dietary Allowance) guidelines for Total Curcuminoids or Curcumin Supplements.
