


There are no RDA (Recommended Dietary Allowance) guidelines for Coffee. Caffeine and Chlorogenic Acid are the primary active ingredients in Coffee. The recommended upper limit for Caffeine intake is 300mg per day as defined by ICMR. There are no recommended daily limits for Chlorogenic Acid. However, research suggests that consuming a minimum of 200mg of Chlorogenic Acid per day may be needed to experience its health benefits.
